you've hit the nail right on the head there kirk. "absolute power corrupts absoletely". may be a cliche, but it seems to happen time and time again in history, and now on a website where people should be having fun.

banning people from a league, a league where the clan in question has been part of the reason the league has been a success, because they may have some disputes with a few of the people, is contemptable. it's an act of cowardice to oppress people who express individual thought. what's the point of a forum if people can't express themselves? i do not condone threatening behaviour or discrimination, but bar that if someone happens to insult you through expressing what they think, to simply ban them, and kick out their entire group from the league under some lame excuse like "spreading bad attitude" is pitiful

having read through alot of this rubbish though, it probably is a good idea the warriors are out of this league and away from those who don't seem fit to run a league. onwards and upwards guys n gals

Please remember that members have full run on clan leagues. If you don't like the way things are run, make a league yourself, or wait for the next time around. The members that are running this league make their own rules, and by creating a clan under their league, you are subject to their rules.

Well iv pretty much spoke to everyone in the clan, only gino has left which is no big loss really, we still have the loyal players.

Most seem happy for a warrior mini league for now until the fpl comes in, going to wait for everyones confirmation though just to make sure and then prepare for the FPL.

Good times really, were as strong as ever now we have all the players and emma is back in.

i think this is getting out of hand guys.. i admire zante and he has a good team with the warriors.. but its none of my bussiness so am going to butt out

Well, again, the simple fact of things is that everyone is accepted into the event 100% at the discretion of the league runner. It's not a paid service where you have rights. It is a service run 100% on a voluntary basis - which happens to imply that they are free to run it precisely how they feel like.

That being said, believe it or not, I wholeheartedly agree it stinks to boot the clan. Everyone except the banned players are more or less "innocent" victims in this situation. That still doesn't change the fact that it was the only way to combat both your current and your former clan captain's public plans to disrespect the rules for our league.

This is Steph's league. It is run according to her rules and at her discretion.

It's perfectly fine to voice opinions against current rules or rulings, but it is NOT fine to take it one step further: Instead of waiting for the opinions to be considered and possibly leading to change, take matters into own hands and ignoring or deliberately violating rules instead. That's when stuff like this happens.

Again, it's a bloody shame other member of a clan have to be victimized by this, but at the very least you are still eligible to play - just not under this banner.

Just out of curiosity can you pm me with the decisions you believe kirk has made, and the evidence for this, under my captaincy

Because what i don't get is i haven't had to make any decisions that really require support, so humour me

without this evidence, you dont have a case as my captaincy method hasn't changed from fellowship to warriors yet doing the same thing in both means im banned with warriors but wasn't under fellowship where myself and Merv would argue with you

And yes you do have the authority to remove anyone at anytime but when theres no good reason i think the other clans have the right to know simply because the league runner falls out with you, you'll get removed

And if it turns out to be the case, dont cover it with lies

well i think its very harsh to remove a whole clan from the competition which will mean alot of these players wont be able play in the league this season as most clans are full so they wont be able join other clans, very harsh

Yup have to agree, but seems the league runners oops Runner * can use her personal issues to boot a whole clan ?? ITZ not right!!

Just to let all of you know, it wasn't only steph who banned the clan from the league, I was the one who recommended warriors to be banned from the league, so it's if not as much, then more my decision than steph's, so don't for one minute think that it was only her decision to ban the clan.

So might wanna lay off Steph and concentrate more on the WHOLE staff instead of one person, it was a group decision and not a one person decision, if the majority of staff didn't think Warriors deserved to be banned then they wouldn't of been, simple!

This is the last word from me on the subject, I recommend all other staff members also ignore further comments on the Warriors thread

Lmao in my honest opinion aaron is the only person in your league that looks at this from both sides, and if you see we ain't argued with him. And that's because he doesn't push any weight or be unfair.
