Saw someone come up with this in the chat room and i thought it was a good idea so thought i would post it.
There is alot of bad language that is said in the chat room, so i was wondering if there could be an option for parents to disable chat so their kids cannot hear this foul language. Parents cannont watch over their kids playing this game 24/7 and sending a complaint is half of the solution but by then, the damage is already done.
Thoughts?

Jay, is this your parents posting on behalf of you?
I actually think it would be a good idea.. but how many people would actually disable it? Many people i see on this game are usually older than they are younger, but i suppose it would still be a good idea.

Chat room language is indeed bad at times, but the comments are usually soaked up in the knowledge that its aimed at the entire room.
What i really worry about is individuals that might approach my children in a game room asking the usual perverted questions i can guarantee we have all had to endure at some point, be we male or female. I don't think it's practical to expect minors to simply shrug this abuse off and hit a complaint button, regardless of how efficiently these are dealt with.
If Funkypool is promoting a family friendly site surely parental control club penguin style could be implemented? This way worried parents could be safe in the knowledge that their children are going to have a worry free time.

Got to agree, I think now is the time we need some sort of parental control on here. Before you never used to get the sort of language and PM's but it has progressively got worse over time. We need some sort of restrictions on here and it can't do any harm being added at all.
Totally agree with that comment (and your whole post for that matter). Kids do tend to copy what they see in front of them, and if people are swearing, then more than likely they will try to impersonate that. It's not right, and can stop kids from coming on due to parents seeing this.
