why when i diddnt use my my account for a few months i got banned i was (redhot) . a friend of mine (mrs_redhot) diddnt use hers for nearly a year and its still running ..i check my emails rarely but when i did it said i must log in on my account or i will lose it. ..it was to late i had already lost it.....ive been on this site and poolsharks since it started ..never had this before ..its not right ....

If you feel you were incorrectly banned, then you must check with the Terms of Service Page. If you still believe you didn't break any rules then you may appeal through Contact us, detailing your username and why you feel you were banned incorrectly.

I'm slightly confused by this. You're saying you got this email (because after a year of inactivity you get 30 days to log in or the account goes and is available for other users), yet it seems that account was banned. Not quite sure what has gone on there...
