Happened to me against Kirk ages ago and the remaining frames were ALL awarded to Kirk after I had computer problems, so just going on experience on that one Zak

Lol i know, i agree with you - if opponent deactivates in middle of games they should automatically lose the rest of the frames
like last fixture Merv should have a 14-1 but may not get as much because of the rules

unfortunately it isnt in the eyes of the rules
A partially played game is decided as the current result + defaults for the remaining (unplayed) frames
Been told that it doesnt matter whether the opponent gets banned/deactivates, its treated as if they weren't online for the rest of the fixture

Right for starters guys i would need the_foxes or the captain of fellowship to accept the remainder of the games over OR proof that the_foxes did actually forfeit to insure the remainder of the games stands.
I know he deactivated straight after but that is not considered a forfeit without him stating it.
If none of the above can be produced then this WILL go to default to decide the remainder of the games through activity and communication BEFORE the game started (With the current score).
On another note, please do not update scores on the website if the game is incomplete unless advised by staff

you wont get punished mate as the games wud be award by default anyway unless the default panel are biased but cant see that and zante might just agree anyway so dont worry craig you will get the 7 frames 1 way or the other anyway
all im bothered about is that we havent had a default this season in the league and wanted it to continue but unless zante agrees it wont

think about this a clan cup final we are winning by 8 frames final set im getting beat 8-1 nd im getting hammered so i quit we win on default ,,,,,, i reactivate in an hour who cares we win cup .....tht cant be right

The only way that would happen would be if by some miracle you were on a heck of a lot more and message them without reply
and if you were 8-1 up you could still only win 8-7 so you're not being robbed
plus you would have to create a new account really which would be a pain (not saying it is worth it)
If you're 8-1 up and the other person deactivates you're going to get a heavy default anyway, cant see how not this early into the game
