i came too sign in today first time i tried it says the system has banned me untill 25/02/10, then i tried again and it let me on. was just wondering why it said i was banned when i first tried to sign in?

Very odd, sounds like a bug as the date that was given seems very strange.

Just had the same problem it said ''logins from your site have been blocked until 17:53 sat 06/02/10''

I would put it down to a glitch.

As long as you got in there is no harm done

Yeah, must be a minor a problem, as Flumps said as long as you got in there is no problem, but when you can't that is when you need to worry.

Ah. Perhaps either someone using the same computer or network (same library? college?) as you has been temporarily suspended from logging in, or you use a dynamic IP, and the one that's been assigned to you is one that was used by someone else who broke the rules.

Change your computers IP address and it shouldn't happen again. Instructions on how to do so can be googled. If you can be bothered that is. Unless of course like Cloone said ^_^ Your playing from a computer network in a school or college of course. Then you'll just have to grin and bare it

But are you using a dynamic IP?

If so, then maybe he's been horrible unlucky to be assigned the IP of a blocked player?

Talk to admins and have them unblock your IP then. Problem solved. Whatever user had to be IP blocked back whenever that happened is more than likely long gone and not a threat anymore anyway, so usually the IP could be opened just fine.

As for changing IPs that's not necessarily easy - depends entirely on what technology and setups your ISP is using.
