I think because he is a new user bit sillly though that people have been allowed to do it this season and the rule change has come in now

The reason I have been given for this guys is totally laughable and so far off the Mark, it is unbelieveable....
If a friend of mine is denied the opportunity to help us out then I am finished with this site as there are too many people spreading untrue stories.
