Having beaten my opponant in the 11am 8ball tourni. He left.

2mins later I got the message

TOURNAMENT: Non attendance punishment - both sharky1234x and caliente not available

After I had won

And then a few minutes later

RESULT: 8 Ball Tournament - sharky1234x (1) loses to caliente (2) on the black
SYSTEM: Sorry, tournament round time limit expired before your tournament match finished


Never had this before... and not too sure why its happened now. Any ideas?

Home, very odd... And it seems, looking at the results, that shallokid and zantetsukenz had exactly the same problem and got DQ-DQ...

yeah that happened to me in the same tournament, first time ive seen it
i just made it 1-1 and was my opponents turn to break but the shot clock did the thing where it freezes on 0 seconds and it took a few minutes for me to get my shot then on the 3rd time it did that (he should have been logged out and by now it was under a minute for the round time limit) it said he stopped playing and left but didn't put me through

i thought it was a problem with his connection even though it didnt say 'shallokid isn't responding' but maybe not if someone else had same problem in same tournament

these problems seem to be creeping in more and more lately - both on here and on pool???

i know it is free, and we are eternally grateful for that, but some people would come on just to take part in tourneys and it is beginning to ruin the enjoyment....

never happened to me yet - so heres hoping
