Looks impossible, as it would need historic data to succeed. Y'all might remember when the maximum rank was first introduced back in the day (note to self: Funkypool Quiz, future question); the problem was that it only used stats from when it was introduced, meaning that higher ranks had been attained in the past by players, but these were not included in the table. For equivalent reasons, introducing a maximum overall rank table would leave out years of ranks.

Focusing on cloonemans point, i see no problem starting from scratch. It is unfortunate that it would miss out years of ranks but what can you do? Those players will have to come back and make their mark again!
They would only have been acquired from the original 3 games, as the 5 game system is relatively new then we could always start from now

Assuming ofcourse that there was no other obstacle in this situation
