1.) Tournament wins mean nothing, there are players that can win most tournaments, but choose NOT to enter them, take me for instance.

2.) ste_efc get in line.

I played him, was a draw but i fouled black and had to leave for tourny, was probs good in his day looking at his stats but easy picking atm

Ranks mean nothing. There are players who could try becoming virtuoso, but choose not to play ranked games.

There are people who choose to take rank seriously, and others who choose to take tourneys seriously. You might think tourney wins mean nothing, but on the other hand I couldn't care less about rank. Both sections have their positives and negatives.

In relation to the read, onua0767 was dominating tournaments and rank a few months ago, but he's stopped playing again.

looks like he wants to question everyone.

player_x if your going to create a thread like this check the rankings page first and put the thread in the right area of the forum cause i would not call this "game shout" it's more of "general chat"
