Today is the day, 5pm is the time, BBC2 is the channel, Helsinki is the venue.
Yes, it's been 25 years since England have been in the final of a major competition in football, but it's about again as Faye White will lead her troops out to battle with a protective mask after dislocating and fracturing her cheekbone in the quarter finals against the hosts, Finland.
Come on England, let's win something in football and the impact of this could be big if we win, maybe women's football could grow?

England winning wont mean womens football growing, just possibly womens football in England growing.
All the best to both teams, may the best team win

In a major tournament at senior level then Christopher Robin.
And difference was, that final, we had practically ALL our striker options suspended, Campbell and Agbonlahor with only Walcott to play up there and also Joe Hart was suspended for it so we didn't have our first choice keeper.
Believe we have all first teamers available for today's game

1622: Euro 2009 final line-ups:
England: Brown, Stoney, Asante, White, Alex Scott, Jill Scott, Chapman, Aluko, Williams, Carney, Kelly Smith.
Subs: Chamberlain, Johnson, Sue Smith, Unitt, Handley, Sanderson, Westwood, Bassett, Buet, Clarke, Bardsley.
Germany Ladies: Angerer, Peter, Bartusiak, Krahn, Bresonik, Laudehr, Kulig, Behringer, Prinz, Garefrekes, Grings.
Subs: Holl, Stegemann, Mittag, Okoyino Da Mbaabi, Fuss, Mueller, Hingst, Bajramaj, Zietz, Schmidt, Weis.
Referee: Dagmar Damkova (Czech Republic)
Looks a good team to me, Kelly Smith being our star player although Eni Aluko has banged them in this campaign and Faye White is the rock at the back. Prinz will be the player that could worry us though, World Player of the Year a few times

Germany are a class act in the women's game won all but 1 (0-0 against England) game in the last decade.
But hopefully we'll have some academies set up for girls to get into the game, well better academies anyway. Aluko looked better after moving to America, Smith has played in America, so that's where to go for them at the moment, but hopefully we'll have good enough facilities for them soon
