ok...this clan is not going anywhere i dont think it is fair for the poeple who actually played their games cuz of the poeple who didnt play their games and ontop of that....you guys dont POST .I cant run this clan anymore unless you guys want to continue go ahead bt if you dont capp this thread.

The problem is you just tried to glory hunt players and get the best, the are plenty of less able reliable players about, i have some players that wernt great in my clan atm but already i see massive improvements from them and its been a pleasure to help make them better and we are doing quite well in the league.

If you look for reliable players instead of ability for now, eventually it will fall into place otherwise yeah this clan is doomed.

For example me:
I had decent stats and reliable and fellowship picked me up.During the season I majorly improved to reach overall of 840ish.Nick you gotta believe in your team, and choose active players.

I've decided to leave the clan as I can't really see it going anywhere, good luck to all of you though and I hope you do well without me.

For any clan runners reading this, can I join another clan or do I have to wait until the end of the season to be allowed back into a clan.
