WGMG is going into the bank to sort some absurd and pointless niggle that was sent through the post and should have only taken 2 minutes only to go and talk to the slowest helper in the world who has never heard of the matter which you speak of then calls for their 'supervisor' who also has no idea what the hell they are doing but make you sit down for half an hour then comes back and says you can sort it out over the phone - directs you to the one in the branch and tells you which number to ring - you ring that bloody number and the bloke on the other end says there was no need to ring us you could have sorted it out in the branch - going back and telling the 'supervisor' it was no use to which he replies 'oh' and walks off leaving you looking like a fool wondering whether you've gone mad or has everybodys IQ dropped several notches... thinks 'to hell with this i was meant to be meeting someone half an hour ago' just about to walk out the door when a rather attractive lass in a suit says your name and repeats your initial query to which you reply 'Yes' and are shown to the express banking machine you swore was not there earlier and sorts the problem out in 2 seconds.
