I got banned of the pc's at school for that

It's bloody annoying, and it's lost all its novelty, anyone who still uses it isn't funny

i think it is annoying even though i have been rickrolled three times, it is a bit of fun!

It is taken seriously as it can cost less knowlegable users hours of work if they can't stop it without resetting.

Many viruses are less intrusive/disruptive, yet nobody would take the posting of a link to one as "a bit of fun"
