I was thinking after some red wine, how about having some fun with a 24 hour marathon pool game!

Rules

Pick a team that you know can play over a 24 hour period, some might stay for the most of it!

Once the teams are picked we can have a marathon game, anyone can play the games over the time period but they need to use another player wihtin the 24 hour time. We set up a small league and the winning team is the one that has won the most amount of games in the time period!

Once you start a game you have to play the first to 3 in each game type

Ive drank a lot now so please feel free to add to this suggestion and any ideas of how to make it better are welcome, once we agree on a format we can get it started!

Think if the team had a English person and an Aussie, would help with the different time zones. lol

Nice idea m8, something different, like warney has said, different players in different time zones would be an advantage, if a team of 3 players, and 8 hour session per player then next player takes over, it could work, but it's gettin players to play that lomg, but penalty if they don't is other team gettin good points cos they are playin the games.

What about doing this in killer, a 24 hour match, a team can swap players when ever they like during the 24 hour period.

love the idea - think it would need to run from midday uk time prob on a friday or saturday.......

if each player in the team plays for 4 hours at a time during the night, you will still get a good sleep (if wanted).....

u definitely need players in your team from the SAME timezone so you can work out who is playing at what time - ie big 12 - 4, merv 4 - 8, 1973 8 12 etc etc and if any other members of your team are online at that time they can play additional matches!!!!!!

let me know how this goes as i would deffo be interested in joining - also,i think random teams - you get a list of entrants and then make draws for the teams - otherwise you will jyst get the best players together and it would probably lose momentum

I want to play although doing so many hours at once seems a bit much tbh as many people have lives to lead, but i am still interested in doing this over time as you say, if anyone wants me lemme know.
