as you know i was not complaining about the sub you ask me for which was rookie who as not played yet i agreed with you on that my dispute was u was taking out gossy555 who lost hes frist game 11/4 the was on last night and again today subbing players that have lost is not in the rules the only time u can use a sub if a player as not be on for a fews days that what it state in the rules not about people who are still on line playing who lost their frist match so who ever runs fellowship iv ask loads more catpains about this and they agreed with me on this

YOUR player - m2 - posted on the fellowship thread that he was fed up waiting for gossy and could he be subbed.

i then contacted YOU to discuss replacing gossy with the_foxes.

YOU then said no, because you didn't like the_foxes!!!!!!!!!

I then said - ok we will go back to the original fixtures and change gossy with the_rookie which you agreed to.

I only wanted to sub gossy BECAUSE YOUR PLAYER ASKED - CHECK THE FELLOWSHIP THREAD!!!!!!

when gossy logged on last night, he asked me why he was subbed and he was given the correct answer - because he didnt show for his match....

you then proceeded to cry to potty that I was making tactical substitutions......

now I dont want to embarrass you (but going by your spelling you are not too bright) so I will spell it out for you......

1. Your player asked for the sub.

2. When I asked you to change, you wouldnt accept the foxes.

3. You then accepted the rookie. (who lost his previous match 12 - 3).

4. Gossy then logged on.

5. You then went running to clan organizers stating that I had made a tactical substitution replacing a player who lost 11 - 4 with a player who lost 12 - 3.......

Subs will allowed but you must make contact with pot_the_lot before doing so. You must be sensible when subbing, if you feel a player is not gonna be able to complete his/her match then make a sub as early as possible to allow them and their opponent to arrange a time to play. No subs after the second Thursday in the 2nd week of fixtures as there is not enough time after this day to play. Exceptions can be made if people are online and ready to play, speak to pot_the_lot.

Where does this says that it is NOT ok to substitute for tactical reasons? The fact that the sub was asked for by your clan member is proof enough that it wasnt 'tactical' which is okay as long as it is agreed on.

right so we dont have this happen again, because its just took me about 10 min to read it all,in future can any talk of being sub related matters be left to our captain to organise and arrage with the opponents captain
