When i have vice captained and captained other clans there has been a prob with unreliable players, so if someone is off for over a week with no notice that they will be i will have to remove you from the clan, sorry if this seems harsh but its a big problem in clans and this is the best way i can keep on top of it, it shouldnt be to hard to say if your going to be off a few days anyway.
