Fellowship Selection Process

OK Guys - So there is no mis-understanding during the season please see below for the selection of players to compete in matches......

The first set of fixtures has 2 players voluntarily sitting out- myself and sarahh

That leaves 10 players - 8 plus 2 subs.......

The starting 8 will be picked using results in clan friendlies and the fellowship league

Any winning players will not be dropped unless they ask due to other commitments.

You will be replaced if you do the following.......

Lose 2 matches in a row by 3 frames or more

Are at fault for not getting a game completed (if it is your opponent who doesnt turn up then you will get a default win anyway)

Another non-playing clan member challenging you to a friendly and beating you by more than 3 frames (You can only be challenged to a friendly if you have lost a clan match)

If i feel that enough players aren't getting a game I will revise these rules

As a clan though, I would like my players to step aside voluntarily to ensure everyone gets to compete

If any clan member from the fellowship (or any clan captain or senior player from a successful clan) can help me with any ideas how to keep players happy and motivated then please feel free to add to this thread for discussion

After reviewig the selection process of the fellowship, I dont want anyone to be left out of competing in any matches therefore I have revised it.......

i will play (who I feel are) the strongest 4 members of the clan in both sets of fixtures with the remaining 8 members filling the gaps.....

this ensures everyone will get at least one game every cycle.....

remember - results will determine who are the strongest 4 members on a fortnightly basis....

Very respectable result flame against a very good player (remeber guys this clan has already been together for a while and won promotion last season)

Unlucky Rookie, but the same applies - we all have good days and bad days and if any opponent has a good day when we have a bad it will be reflected in the result

What I am really pleased about guys is the way we are getting our matches completed

I would rather have 8 results go against me than 2 default wins for my opponent
