Support your team mates when you can - but do it in a sporting manner - ie no trying to put other players off etc etc

i can let you join the clan mate but there won't be a startin place for you straight away.

you can take part in the fellowship league and will get a starting spot at some stage no doubt but original members wil be first chosen (and quite rightly so) for the first round of matches.
