No guilt on your part necessarily, but yes, a guest have somehow been abusive from the same IP you are connecting from.

No, "the".
Which does not mean this particular user necessarily owned that IP (or alone) at the time of the rule violation leading up to the block - but we ARE talking about a single, specific IP, not just "any" address.

Well basically your capability of logging in as a guest has been denied because of abuse to a Moderator/Member.
A Admin has picked up on this behaviour and decided its unacceptable, thus blocking guests from logging into your IP.

Just for clarification -
The OP encountered a guest block, which was put on due to abusive behaviour from a guest account.
No further information will be discussed on the public forum in line with the sites privacy policy.
If anyone encounters this in future and feels it is incorrect, please use the contact us system to talk directly to admin to resolve the matter.

As already mentioned, IP addresses etc are very rarely individual these days for many reasons, so no guilt on an account holder is inferred.
