Firstly, yes, moderators cover chat when online.

If there is no moderator present, and anything whatsomever bothers you, send a complaint and the matter will be dealt with.

Finally, do not name and shame on the forums, but I think most everyone should know that by now..

I haven't seen the other thread so I can only guess what the grudge was, but in general please remember....

Mods are just players like you and everybody else who volunteer to help out. It's not a job.

Mods do a lot of work not immediately apparent to regular users - like moderating forums, approving pictures etc etc.
