On what date was the first General Chat forum started?

Spent ages looking for it, but here we go:

Had to find it the hard way by looking for an old thread at random and looking for threads that finished when that thread started. And I have no idea whether the current thread is even the 19th one! Might be many more of them than that; the new threads were named things like "New Gen. chat" and stuff like that without a number, just like the Hangman threads ran to more than the number of the most recent Hangman thread as I explained in another post of mine on this thread.

As there were no limits on the length of threads back then, the first General Chat thread lasted till August 1 2007 and ran to a total of 1,727 pages.
