Hiya!
I'm was playing a game of straight pool, and i just got a pretty decent run.. then i played in the tournament and got another half decent run.. but i was thinking i bet many user's on this site have had lots and lots of runs..
I don't know if this has been mentioned before, if it has i'm sorry, but what if the runs we got were recorded on our profiles and the amount on the straight page?

It already tells you what your greatest run is, or are you suggesting something else? As you can tell im confused

I mean just like the run outs, golden breaks, etc are recorded on the profiles already.. i don't see why the runs shouldn't be!

I agree with ecarg, I think we should have something on our profiles similar to run outs and GB's for runs of 20 and over (not that I play the game anyway lol).

I like the idea - there are probably those who can consistently get good runs of 20+ but someone (like me ) manages a once-in-a-lifetime 44 and shoots ahead of more consistent players.

I like the idea but I think it should be like snooker but just with half centuries, make it more of a challenge

50 is too much and 20 is too low
I think you need to look in terms of multiples of 15 because realistically thats the point where the real challenge lies - breaking the pack open to continue.
You can be lucky by smashing into them once but any more than that usually shows you have played in such a way as to be able to break them open off the last ball.
On that basis I would go with either 30 or 45 as the point the achievement is recorded - but 30 would be better.

So pretty much the same setup as half centuries are counted on snooker?
