I kinda think I did too, and that the question setter has confused my answer as an invocation. Now, if only there were a vocative case in English... If I were to use "O psyco" when addressing him and simple "Psycho" to refer to the film, that would resolve all. Except, of course, they're spelled different anyhow, so such a distinction is unnecessary
