Not many rumours on the St Mirren front right now. Only recent one is some Oldham defender called Stefan Stam or something. Apparently he is injury prone so I can see why we're going for him - about half our team spent 3/4 of their career injured. He could return alongside fellow ex-Oldham defender Will Haining, unless Will leaves in the summer.
No more news on the rumours containing Higdon, Lovell and Mair.

Carlos Tevez does not know whether he is staying or leaving Manchester United yet.
He said he wants to leave because he isn't getting to play enough for them, but United have an amazing team, so you won't be able to start every week (although most players do), but up front, where you could put: Rooney, Berbatov, possibly Ronaldo and some other young one's, so in order to get a starting place as a striker on the team, you would need to train very hard.
Has anyone else got any information on other transfers?
If yes, please let me know by posting on this thread.

Barry:
Villa - Europa League (European Football)
Man City - no Europe
Well done Barry, lying
I hope City go down, I really do, would make my year that would if Man City get relegated.
Where's the loyalty in football nowadays, yeah, thanks for the 12 years but go to a smaller club, makes sense *rolls eyes*
Laursen leaves a legend
Barry leaves a boo boy.

Not for a few years they wont, just because they have money you have to start achieving things to attract big names, if the biggest signing they can get this transfer window is Barry then i dont think anyone has to worry about Man City next season, as for Warney he has a point, im assuming you are a Villa fan.. well money does talk eh
I hope Ronaldo does leave Man U - get 70 Mill for him and let the Real Madrid fans watch his big kid action on the pitch, dont get me wrong when he plays good he is good to watch.

Gareth Barry has revealed that a fear of 'going stale' prompted his move to Manchester City.
In an open letter to Villa fans published in the Birmingham Evening Mail, Barry writes...
After all the speculation over the last 12 months, I want the chance to explain my decision to the Villa fans.
Firstly I want to thank them for the incredible support I have received over the last 12 years, this football club has been a huge part of my life, I joined as a 16-year-old boy and now I am moving on as a 28-year-old man with a wife and two children.
A lot of things have changed in that time, players, management and a chairman - but every season bar none, whether we have been bottom half, mid table or challenging for Europe, the support myself and the team have received has been fantastic.
My one huge regret is that during my time at this club we have not brought the fans the success they deserve. I obviously have to take my share of responsibility that we have not been good enough to win trophies.
I feel the club is in the best position it has been in during my time here, I think we have a group of very good young players, we have a fantastic chairman who is here for the good of the club and one of the best managers in the game.
Obviously people will ask why I am leaving if I feel like that.
