I played a guy yesterday and when ever i snookered him all he done was push the white infront alittle so it touches another ball so basically i was getting two shots but only having one as he made no attemp to go for his ball i think there should be a new rule brought out you need to attemp to hit the ball you are actually supose to hit this is a rule in the real life pool game also on 8uk it is 1shot on black not 2 they should change that arounr does anyone agree

Has to be UK 8 ball as the other games only offer you one shot after a foul

Nothing wrong with that imo - rules are rules, and exploiting them as much as you possibly can is all part of the game.

People can choose to play more "gentlemanly", but that's voluntary.

Easy! We can just use the same guys who are making random shots... Their schedule is far from full anyway, they are already watching the games, so they could easily be judges for this purpose too.

Yep i think it would have a better effect but like you say rules are rules
