Is that a very appropriate advertisment for a "family website".

I understand that nick may or may not have much control over what banners appear, but I dont think its right that a game promoting drug running is good for 11 and 12 year olds to see.

Sure, I am not saying it may be a bad site or something to boycott - but I dont feel that its an appropriate advertisment.

am I out of my mind and listening to too many politicians, or is this bad for children to see?

Nick has no control over the adverts.

I've not seen the advert myself so can't really comment at this time.

This isn't quite right - I don't control adverts on a day to day basis (I don't select them) but I can remove any offending advert.

I have removed this advert - it is a bit tacky. I'd certainly allow adverts from the likes of GTA though.

I've renamed the title as I don't want to keep the advertiser's name in the thread.

yeah, I thought I saw somewhere in the past where you do not have control over what is on the site - but I also thought you had control to get ads off the site (which you do).
