Repeated offenses are caught without exception and virtually always leads to a ban.

Moderators can't disclose such information on the forum.
If a mod/admin can verify, I think only the actual player can find out why he was banned. However, using the help section is the correct way to do it.

Are you talking about demonix, the guy who only played one player (who was good) and consistently slaughtered him. It looked fishy

As for demonix, that account has never been banned.
It's deactivated, meaning the user chose to close the accounts him/herself.
