but with the new layout, at the top of the PM message box there is "Chat in this window is private between you and _flumpy_" (for example)

so what if you could use that OR instead have your own personalised message at the top??

After a while, people wil now its only private - and if it is abused, then you could use the send complaint...

you can do it on Myspace etc as your mood - but just sayin something like "hi", or stating your ASL or whatever...just personalise it a bit more would be nice
