I been thinking about this for awhile now, and just had a suggestion. I think there should be more color options for the tables or at least some new ones. It's just a suggestion, something to think about.

just a while, there was only one colour for the US tables and one colour for the UK table.

but now you can change the colour on the practice table.

there have been massive improvements on the table in the last 12 months and I really have to give it to nick for that.

I have suggested in the past that for tournament games, there should be a random table colour (from the ones you can select on the practice table)...but otherwise its good now.

But I wouldnt mind having the option of table colour for a propper game.

i love that idea, because if im not the only one i play better on the blue then i do on the red. not sure if anyone eles has that or plays well on one to another. but i like that would make tournaments fun again.

but of course, both players would have to play on the same coloured table.

You can.

Whatever colour you're playing on on the practice table is what colour you'll play on in the proper game.

I still use the original US colour as I can't pot anything when the bright garish ones are selected .

Oh, and can someone from the moderating team please edit the title for spelling . Cheers

Nevernever Land?
Americans spell loads of things weird anyway, I blame George Bush

The colours we can use at the moment are sound with me, wasn't that long ago we only had one to use!

The next time the table colours are upgraded, I would hope we can choose anything. I'd like to play on a fully customisable table, one where you can put pictures and so on as your "colour."

But for the minute, that is a minor thing compared to doubles

That would simply be unfair (since different people perceive colors differently, and some color combinations being devastating to people with bad color/eye sight etc)

Also completely pointless since both players choose their own color. Your choice in no way affects the opponent.

More colors would be a good thing, just like any option is in my opinion, but what I'd REALLY like was for the lighting to be made optional, so any color could be used with any lighting combination.

I currently use the classic colors to avoid the lighting effects. Flat light = less line distortions = better performance. For me anyway. I'd love other colors, but that's out of the question as long as they imply having different lamp effects.
