hm... no like i said im not the biggest blink fan in the world, used to like them, but once self-titled grew cold on me, i lost interest, i didnt like a lot of their stuff, and i thought at first that the new album was better, but i was wrong. at least it was less poppunk

Successfully in so far as they sell lots of records. But unsuccessfully in that no self respecting punk fan would name them as any sort of reputable punk band. The video where they got naked and gave away money? Paid for by MTV. Commercial sell-outs who deserve to be listed next to Usher and Craig David under pop. (As they are)

Johnny Rotten (in the days of proper punk) said they had more in common with Boyzone than the Sex Pistols, and I have to agree.

You obviously haven't heard their earliest records... they had 3 records before they went into the 'sellout' phase idiots. Sex pistols have one, which I have but isn't that good.

EDIT: running around naked video is called 'whats my age again' and it wasn't paid for by MTV, 'the rock show' where they're given money shows the point they don't spend money on themselves and make some crap video they just spend it and have some fun. To quote mark 'you all think we're sellouts cos we tried to get noticed as much as possible, I don't wanna die knowing we coulda been a better band'. If you think they're sellouts why don't you listen to their records before they were 'sellouts'? It's not pop fools.

we all have our own opinion of them and let them have it! your trying to force people into saying there good. remember, you fell out with me one day when i said i didn't like him and called Tom a poser. you realy didn't like it, but thats my opinion.

like i said above, i think tom is a poser but a good mix of a band. they make all their music fit, and fit well. a good band and well respected, but no where near as good as what you want them to be though Dan.
