Here in the funky plains, we have a clash of two distinct species. One, a forum junkie who just loves to talk and whats to carry on doing so meets a snooker nerd obsessed with the high breaks.

What will happen when these two behemoths clash? As you can see, the forum junkie tries to shrug off the snooker nerd's advances of stat chat. But to no avail, the snooker nerd is like a machine. There is just no stopping it!

All i feel at the mo is stiff legs just the tops but my mate sed just work thru it so am goin to.

No weigh lss yet :(

Do some streches before and after you use your bike Potty,,and you wont feel as stiff :)

Im hoping only 3 n half weeks left

Some ppl dont realise how beneficial AND important stretches are tho yano? Mates have told me theyve ached the day after excersising and when ive asked if they stretched.............durrrrrrrrrrr lol
