I think however that I've seen it happen once, for "administrative" purposes if that makes any sense.

yeh , the rules are you are only allowed to have one account and only allowed to post on that one account so the only way to change your username is deactivate and create a new name

u can't unless u deactivate ur current username 1st then create a new username, the only trouble with that is u need 2 make a new email address

when u deactivate your current account it frees up your email address so you don't need to create another email address
