Ya. It was on Oct 31 2002 in the Madagascan top flight, on the last day of the league championship, and it finished AS Adema 149, Stade Olympique l'Emyrne 0, with 149 of the 149 goals being scored by SOE into their own net.

SOE's coach was suspended for three years and banned from visiting stadiums for the same period. Four of the players were banned for the rest of the season (which was over anyway, hmmm.)

For what it's worth, SOE defeated AS Adema 2-0 the following season to eliminate them from the championship.
