Good grief...! I googled it and it didn't turn up anything?!

Edit: Do you know what you did? You misspelled Ryan Star (an American male singer-songwriter also known as r.star) as Ryan Starr (an American female singer).

It has roots in the Celtic festival of Samhain and the Christian holy day of All Saints. It is largely a secular celebration but some have expressed strong feelings about perceived religious overtones.

What is this describing?

Mí na Samhna in Irish is the month of Samhain, i.e. November. Samhain is also used as the name of the month. Similar shenanigans occur in the language with December/Christmas.

The division of asset disposition shall carry out all of the responsibilities of the Corporation under this Act* relating to the liquidation of insured depository institutions and the disposition of assets of such institutions.

*"This Act" is the Federal Deposit Insurance Act of 19... I dunno
