In a sense - you're right, but the type I mean is a tad... fruiter...

First, grab a cocktail shaker and add the following: 50ml Maker's Mark. 10ml Cherry Heering, 10ml Contra, and a dash of Angostura.  Shake well, pour into a small glass, drop in a few cherries, and pounce.  Er, I mean serve.
