cantona - no, he is working a lot of the time, he is a fill in player
zante - agreed, but he is learning the ropes and doing a good job
stew - agree, keep it up.

Overall I am happy with the direction this clan is going.

Its a shame we can not put some good results up on the board but that takes time, so keep it up guys!!!

ok i have been gone for a week because of exams.

Why does everyone need to leave after we had a few loses, it is a game not the end of the world!!!

With the communication thing, me and flumps can not always communicate with everyone as we are from australia!!

Lets keep our heads up and get some wins.

And i will say this now, in active players will get booted! and cantona is a sub player is is busy with work!

yes, dropping out means that you are not committed and not prepared to help out and do a little bit extra to be in winning ways.

Its a team effort guys - and even though some of us are seperated by 20 000 kms or more, and by 3 or so oceans, it doesnt stop communication between players.

from the few that have not played this week - I have only received ONE message with concerns to getting the match played on time.

its all about communication.

I am trying to improve my communication skills on here, so I hope we can all chip in to have a fully open clan.

If you dont post much on here, then all I can suggest is get into the swing of things - start congratulating people within our clan achieving things, updated scores, clan news....anything guys - lets get talking!!

O.K Guys - here it is - I am running a little interclan league........

Rules - You must play at least 2 matches per week (starting today).

Games

2 frames of us, uk, and 9 ball with one point for each frame.

winner of the match gets 5 bonus points

if there is a tie then you will play 1 frame of straight to decide who gets the 5 points.

please post all results on here and i will update league table.

flumps and nick - can you please post the best times (uk) to find you online

no mate, you did a good job - you did exactly as I asked everyone to do!!

if anything, you have set a very good example for the rest of the clan - i want you to keep doing that mate- because it gets the person to play (if they were ever online).

its forced their captain to make a substitution, which is good for everyone as we can now get a game played.
