just been on for 1hour and 30mins closed game window and i've been logged out (for a change), i think why i'm not gettin logged out is cause the amount of time i'm on 4 in 1 go, normaly about 3hrs

Indeed Java does not work correctly on IE8 yet, as you can see, but if you want to be sure the Java plug-in terminates after closing the window ensure you close ALL browser windows. If this doesn't work you'll have to restart.

Using beta software can often be less safe.
