does it have achievements and points just like the x box 360 becase i dont have a ps3 and would like to know...thanks??

No it doesn't

No points so all download content is free

Achievements i believe they are achievements for each separate game but it doesn't show your achievements in public.

PS3 is free internet and free downloadable content which i love

PS3 has trophies which are basically the same as acheivements. The trophies you have collected go towards a level which is on your profile that everyone can view.
