To be honest this is a pretty crap question now, I was hoping for a spree of questions from the ever aware Cloon that would end in a small google and bring up the right link.

It was a story i read on BBC news minutes before posting the question, but I have to hold my hands up and admit I forgot about it after my second post.

We can carry on with it if you like, but I doubt anybody will get in a million years without searching BBC news stories from the day I posted it.....
