sounds like hymn by ultravox although others have done this...but the 1982 makes me think otherwise....oh goodness there not jumping on the 'refroming' bandwagon are they?

yep ultravox is the correct answer - and I heard they were reforming on the radio yesterday - dont know any more details of whether its to record and/or tour
