hmmm...
not a bad idea - i would hate to see this in tournaments, there would be a lot of people just playing for a double DQ...but it wouldnt be that bad of an idea.
maybe if there was another catagory your profile saying 'stalemates', that may help to!?

As always, options is a good thing so I guess I'll give up and settle for that stance as I usually do lol.
The only thing I don't like about this options is that two poor players can escape a non-stalemate table they for whatever reason have a problem with. Keep in mind that unlike real snooker or pool, we lack a referee counterpart here.
Not a real problem tho, just annoying.

as stated above it would be a nice addition and, if nothing else, would reward someone who is skillful enough to force a stalemate from a position of certain defeat.

That concern is irrelevant since both players have to consent on the re-rack. If you worry about getting timed out of the tournament, you simply don't accept a re-rack, and everything is like it has always been.

Just had a thoughth relating to this, on a re rack, how would it determine who breaks would it go in order like sayi was playing jan and i broke we agreed a re rack jan would break, or would it be whoevers shot it was on when the re rack was called?
Also as the game has already started would golden breaks and run outs stand?

Yeh I realised after what you meant mich - I dont see why a golden break or run out should not count in a reracked frame because really you are just starting the game again as if the first had never existed. Thats my view anyway.
