And it occured to me we could do with a rotate table option so we can see all angles of a possible shot that is so that we dont hit another ball if it looks like it goes from one angle but from a better angle shows the ball wont pass...

Just an idea i had.

I agreed with this at the time but im not so sure now. Remember this is 2d not 3d like break for the border so i guess if you look hard enough you can see if it goes anyway

sorry mich, good title though

There's not a simple way to rotate the table but I have been considering a similar idea.

The cursor could show a different colour eg red when there's a ball between the cue ball and the target. It would not prevent the shot.

For me that takes all the fun out of it though. you cant always judge it right on a real table and i already judge them right a lot more times here than on a real table. I think that would make it a little less skillful.

I think as its 2d its kinda irrelevant really

sounds like a great idea - just bring in automatic pot and position without any input from the player and we could have the perfect game

Maybe include for newbies to help them get going, but once they reach adept etc. it disappears.

yep, gotta agree with mike (lol) but it would take the guess work out of the game and some of the mishaps that people randomly do (not noticing a ball between the one they are aiming for!!)

I third this opinion. I seem to be able to judge whether a ball will make a shot or not, so this would take the fun out of it, and perhaps make it a little easier for others.........

In real pool it's easier to judge when you can make a shot than on a 2D game, this would be a good indication.

However, if added it would be for every player on every game.

That is IMHO way more help than players should have.
