I have noticed that on a members profile page when you go to results it only shows their Killer wins and not any of their losses.
This is slightly annoying when i am trying to see how good someone is or even just to looks at my own results recently.

True enough, then again the win rate in terms of games is slightly uninteresting as long as games vary so greatly in both size and opposition levels.
The win percentage is a much better measurement, since it at least negates the variation in game size (the win percentage is the individual win/loss vs. each of the opponents you play, including both losses and wins)

The results table currently only fully supports games with 2 players. I'm looking at overhauling it to some degree in the future but still undecided about whether to include killer losses.
Besides for the purpose mentioned it's easier to check win percentage and rankings, as Jan mentioned above. Actually, he didn't mention rankings, maybe because he's being modest, currently sitting at number 1...
