hi! sorry if i missed the notice regarding this if ever there is but just curious where's the send complaint button gone?

i think they are refurbsishing the button, so you can send complaints more often and for more varied things.

At the minute its 1 every half hour which is useless if 10 people break the rules in that half hour and you want to complain.

I think they are also giving it a polish so it looks shinier

It's just on the private message windows now, however it sends the chat log from both the private window with that user and the main chat.

It should be easier to use as the name is automatically filled now.

what if your not in a pm and just want to complain about people in the chatroom nick?

Open a chat window with that user (by clicking the link under the name in the text) then click the send complaint button.

Send complaint and ignore user should be in the same place, and it's still quicker than before.

If people don't look at the forum and want to send a complaint they will not know where the button is so i think there should be a automated message every 10 mins just untill people find out..

Or temporarily we could have the old button but it activates a message in the chat window saying something along the lines of: 'please use private chat windows to send complaints, logs from both the private and public chat windows will be sent to admin'

Lemme get this right, if someone says something in main window (like they just did in a game to me), I open a pm with (whoever it was) and use send complaint from there..it will auto show main window chat yeah?
