Ermm it's a type of skin cell i guess.. used to describe scaly parts of skin cells..i think.. it's been a while since i heard it mentioned at uni... Wiki would do a better job of describing it then me.

Well use the serm squamous, and use scaly in a sentence, one sounds much more cooler, and more scientific then the other. Woo! i did learn something!.. and you checked?

I suppose, but when you're telling someone what's wrong with them, saying their skin is scaly is easier to understand Thank goodness you learnt that one thing, or else uni would have been a waste! Haha yep, you kind of said I should...
