I am Having a problem with a tool bar on my browser its saying funkypool has 5 risks out of 10 on getting a virus any idea how i'd remove this silly software?

Well, we all know that funkypool does not have any viruses

Lol I know that to sometimes I feel like punching the screen but that won't make it go away.

Any help how I get rid of it?

This is typical of so many toolbars etc. Have you tried uninstalling it from the add/remove programs window in control panel?

Sadly, i suspect it might not be there

Have a look though, and if its not, then post back with the name of the toolbar and your browser version and we'll take it from there.

No sadly it was not in add or remove programs.

But it is called Security Toolbar 7.1

you send the poor guy onto yahoo answers where he will just be speaking to more mongs lol, you see this is why i set up the computer problems post but nobody uses it, the main answer is your internet, if you get a toolbar for your internet then you remove it from the internet .

omg!!! right first off you need to go to view, then one of the tabs in there will say toolbars, open that and the toolbar should be there, first off untick it then click on tools, you will have an option called add onsor somwthwere along those lines, go in there and shut down the toolbar for good, these things are called antispyware, they come onto your computers and trick your computer into thinking its a spyware programme but deep down its not and it is slowly destroying your computer, you need to remove it asap if you havent already!
