Currently for british time zones (majority of funkypool user) can enter only 1 marathon tournament in day light hours.

The other 2 are 23:00 and 3:00 which for many is hardly very accessable.

Many other international users of the site would send back an equal protest if we simply moved a marathon tournament to suit british time zones. So this brings me to my proposal of alternating the marathons times and game type. If you do not quite understand this is an example:

Monday

10:00 8ball us marathon
23:00 8ball uk marathon
03:00 9ball us marathon

Tuesday

10:00 9ball us marathon
un-confirmed time 8ball uk marathon
03:00 8ball us marathon

Wednesday

10:00 8ball uk marathon
23:00 8ball us marathon
03:00 9ball us marathon

Thursday

10:00 8ball us marathon
un-confirmed time 9ball us marathon
03:00 8ball uk marathon

and so it goes on this idea is also giving other time zones the opportunity to play in all 3 marathon tournaments accross the week.

Would mess up tourn schedules, would have to have 9 ball at 9 am not 10 as 9 ball tournies are currently played at 12,3, 6 and 9

Also with uk being played at 2, 5, 8 an 11... soo in theory it would be more like this...

Monday

10:00 8ball us marathon
23:00 8ball uk marathon
03:00 9ball us marathon

Tuesday

09:00 9ball us marathon
(would need to be 5/8 pm) 8ball uk marathon
04:00 8ball us marathon

Wednesday

11:00 8ball uk marathon
22:00 8ball us marathon
03:00 9ball us marathon

Thursday

10:00 8ball us marathon
(would be 3pm or 9pm) 9ball us marathon
02:00 8ball uk marathon

So not to disrupt the timetable of
12:00 9 ball
13:00 us 8 ball
14:00 uk 8 ball
15:00 9 ball

And so on!

I feel they should be on a 3 or 4 week rota with different tournaments at different times each week.
The calendar could be made available on the tournament page.

What do you think?

I think so.

The US9 marathon is the only one I would play in... Shame it is at 3am every day...

I'd like a uk 8 ball marathon a bit earlier too. cannot make 11pm, finishes too late.
