Hi there.

Just wondering whether a UK 8 ball version of killer is likely to be released in the near future?
I am one of those who would prefer to play on a UK table rather than a US one.

What does everyone else think?

I like the UK table better than the USA one because i think the USA one looks really dull.

Personally, ive thought about this myself before, and love the idea, i think it would be a great addition.

Some people say it would be too easy...but if thats the case, then we can just make it so less points are up for grabs, so no one will get too many points too quickly.

I would love it if Nick could do this as i am hopeless on the US tables, the pockets are too 'dodgy' and i cant pocket anything
Where'as i love the UK 8 pockets, nice and big and easy to pot....in my opinion, just adds in the Fun !!!!

I think its good to have the choice..

but potting on 8uk is too easy. the pockets are too big.. and allow more range of mistakes than on US tables..

though the up side to it is it would require having to make really good snookers, etc.. to win.. otherwise the potting will goon forever. (like i said potting on uk is too easy)

While I personally hate the UK table, options is always a good thing.

Can't just change it now that we have stored tables and scores from the US version. A UK version would be a completely different game.

If the UK option were to be created, it would need to be a completely separate game with completely different rankings.

I think the graphics etc on us8 are far better and Nick's plans just to have 1 killer game on each site (pool/snooker) would kill the idea of it being on here. However the Arcade table in snooker is similar .. pocket style anyway and killer will be available there. maybe you should try it there (when available) and see how you get on. As for the table choice here being changed Noooooooooooooooooo!!!! that just wouldn't be right! and i'd give it a miss!

Couldnt agree more with this Nick, Great idea.

I love 8 Ball UK; where as I can't stand the other table for 9 ball and 8 ball. The only good thing is it's nicer graphics, I guess.

I'm well up for this; perhaps if we get a petition going we'll be able to see how popular of a game it'd prove to be. With free registration, Nick will only make games if he can see people signing up to play them and therefore, can still receive some form of income from his sponsors.

8 Ball UK, I believe, would be very popular.

Would be a great game, and have a different league will see a diffrent league leaders instead of the 8 ball lovers, will add to the enjoyment!!

I would like to see an extra on the UK table but i think the table needs to be updated a bit.

Im one of those people that didn't want anything happening to the UK table but i think its time for a bit of an improvement with the balls and the cushions.

I'd certainly support killer on the UK table, and would definitely play it more if it were.

But thats personal choice, and while there are many UK fans here, the facts are that more games are played on the US table so it was a no-brainer to introduce it on the most popular format.

I would probably been less opposed to the UK table if the graphics (especially the ball resolution) wasn't so bad. The idea of pockets protruding onto the table is a great thing about UK tables, but the poor graphics kinda ruins the impression for me.

I would love it but it just so easy to pot a ball ! just a round pocket no jaws just to easy !

and easier to go in off as well remember!!
