I think we should have a vote to kick feature on the tables in killer. Sometimes if you are in a 5 - 10 man game 1 person can ruin it for you by making a scene and being vile to the rest of the players. Also, sometimes when a player is experience extreme lag it can make the game last forever. If we do have it the feature shouldn't reprimand the player of his points. Another words he should get the points back he paid to play and the points he lost. That way the feature won't be used to rob players of there points. This would be tricky to implement because it could be misused, but I think it could also make the gameplay smoother.

I don't think it would be implemented.
It has been spoken about many times on different tables and it just wouldn't happen because it will be misused.

Maybe a 40 second timer to press rack when you enter the game would be better. This is enough time for a player to press rack if they don't then they get removed back to the chat lobby. Also the option to boot a player off the table can and would be misused.

A timer would do it just fine.
In my opinion, we need two:
The one Rob mentioned - after the first place hits rack, say 1 minute (or less) before moving all the non-racked players back to chat room. Sleepers is a pretty significant problem in this format.
The second would be a shorter link-dead drop timer
The old timer for link latency logout is very very long. In killer, with many players, this is a problem for other players (and more players) much more often than in the other game types (and in one on one games you just leave and find a different game anyways - which isn't really an option for killer.

I wasn't suggesting that any player could be kicked by any player. It would have to be a vote to kick feature with games of 5 people and above. This makes it much more likely to be misused than in a two-player game. You could make it a unanimous vote only so everyone in the room would have to agree. Just an idea.

The players who're a threat to victory would be voted on receiving the boot; therefore, winnings are then decided by a bunch of lower rated players. It'd be decent, but honestly, there isn't a chance in hell nick would create something like this.

I completely fail to see any need for a system where the participating players can vote-kick another player in the same game.
If players are misbehaving, harassing others or just generally not following the rules for this site, you can either contact a moderator, or even better, file a complaint using the "Send Complaint" button.
As far as "sleepers" goes, they can be handled by automatic timeouts and need no player interaction or consensus at all.
