Would rather live in a remote tribe out in the middle of no where or out here in civilization?

Idk about you guys I rathe with out in the middle of no where, tribesman seemsoo much more happier then us. Maybe it's because they are free spirits and don't really crap for thinking different then someone else, I just rather live in a world with no social standards, a world where your primary concern is just to live

Sounds good to live they way they do....BUT.. I dont id cope too well!

Sounds ok but you are forgetting one big downside to living in a tribe......... the do gooding volunteers that show up in tribes and try to convert everybody to christianity whilst also introducing them to all manner of diseases.

A third option is to take all the idiots and criminals etc, inc bent politicians and send them to the moon. That way we can all live in a peaceful society and i will still have somewhere to plug in my hairdryer.

Actually i dont want to be in a tribe, id like to be in the UK mainland somewhere, near a pub a chippy a post office and a small good school(for my daughter), oh and have me own rowing boat but i would like to be away from the crap of urban life and be self sustaining

Well i feel kinda smug here. I live out in the countryside just outside Glasgow so i've kinda got the best of both worlds.

But i agree with John. Most of these tribes aint peaceful. I was watching a documentary where the chief of one of these tribes was ill and they were convinced it was because a 13 year old girl in the village was a witch so they hanged her.

I quite fancy visiting Portugal, Salamanca looks amazing, and I'd love to visit the vine fields and watch the locals make Port in El Porto!

I will definatley return to both Hawaii and New Orleans one day, might take 15 years, but I will make it!
